Yes. In case you have reached the limit for current plan or you would like to unlock more features. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. If you in middle of a paid plan's billing cycle and upgrade to a different plan, the charges will be prorated.

No, there are no set up fees or hidden costs.

Your website will continue to serve the traffic without any impact. However the optimization services provided by RabbitLoader will be paused for the rest of the cycle.

If you have paid via PayPal, you can login to the PayPal account and cancel your subscription. If paid via other payment gateway or otherwise you may contact our support team at support@rabbitloader.com at least 48 hours in advance of the renewal date. Please clearly mention your account email id, website and the reason for the cancellation.

It is strongly recommended that you try our free plan first and make a purchase once you are satisfied with the performance. For platforms where free plan is not available, for your first-time purchase, you may ask for a refund anytime within 14 days from the date of purchase, and you will receive a full refund.
