Hereinafter collectively, RabbitLoader run by YOGI NETWORK, having its registered office at 418 Jawpur, Dum Dum, Kolkata 700136, INDIA. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that these terms and conditions shall apply to all RabbitLoader Services, whether offered by YOGI NETWORK or its partners in addition to terms highlighted at https://rabbitloader.com/terms/.
For purposes of this Agreement, the "Company" refers to the RabbitLoader run by YOGI NETWORK (the "Company"), "Service" refers to the Company's service which can be accessed via our website at https://rabbitloader.com or by plugins developed by us for various CMS platforms such as WordPress. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Company. "You" refers to you, as a partner member of RabbitLoader.
"Partner Link" refers to the the unique tracking URL generated for you which you can use to promote through various channels.
If you are a blogger, content publisher, influencer on digital platforms such as Instagram or YouTube, web developer or designer handling multiple clients, or a web educator, you can join our partner program. We reserve the right to reject or cancel your partner membership if found violating any of our guidelines, branding or trade mark ignorance or other reasons not mentioned here.
By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
When you join our partner program, you get a unique link that can be used within your own content to promote the referral sales. There are some common scenarios where the partner link can used or should not used -
Since our partner links rely on cookies to track your referrals. If a visitor's browser cookies get cleared before we tag them, we may not be able to track those referral.
When a single customer clicks two different partner links, the first partner gets the credit. If the customer does not make a purchase within 30 days, and thereafter clicks another partner link, the new link will get the credit.
When a prospect follows a valid partner link, we use browser cookies to track your attribution. This cookie remains valid for 30 days. If within those 30 days, the prospect register their account on our platform, and makes a purchase in form of subscription, you get the credit for the subscription. Based on the frequency selected by the customer, you get 20% of every invoice value paid by the customer upto 18 months.
If the prospect/customer has their account created with us even before they see your content and click on the partner link, the referral will not be counted. Commissions will still be counted if a customer starts on one website/domain and then registers or purchases RabbitLoader services for another domain.
Every commission transaction has a lock-in period of 15 days, which starts when a customer pays the invoice. In case of subscription cancellation or refund, the attributed commission amount will also get canceled within the lock-in period.
The commission amount is based on the final amount the end customer pays after applying any discount coupon if used during subscription.
Minimum payout amount for partners is US $100. Payouts are done based on requests from partners at their own flexibility schedule. You need to inform us 3 business days in advance to initiate the payout process. It's your responsibility to ensure your profile information including the PayPal address is valid. Any loss due to incorrect information will be borne by you and not by us.
You are solely responsible for obeying the law of the land and payment of any tax liabilities according to your local legislation on the partner income you generate.
If we suspect fraud or use of the partner program against our mentioned policy here or not-mentioned business standards, we reserve the right to cancel your partner membership and nullify the pending payouts. Considering an example, if our system detects that signups are all from the same city or IP address raising concern over the program's fair usage, the partner account can be permanently blocked without entertaining any further requests.
The Company reserves the right to change the partner terms at any time. If we decide to update the terms, we will post these changes on this page so that you always have the latest reference. Any such modifications become effective upon your continued access to and/or use of the Service five (5) days after we first post the changes on the website or otherwise provide you with notice of such modifications. It is your sole responsibility to check this website from time to time to view any such changes to the terms. If you do not agree to any changes, if and when such changes may be made to this document, you must cease access to this website. If you have provided your email address to us, you give us permission to email you for the purpose of notification as described in our terms
