Partner Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading, using the plugin, or using the RabbitLoader website located at rabbitloader.com and all associated sites linked to rabbitloader.com. Hereinafter collectively, RabbitLoader is run by YOGI NETWORK, having its registered office at 418 Jawpur, Dum Dum, Kolkata 700136, India. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that these terms and conditions shall apply to all RabbitLoader Services, whether offered by YOGI NETWORK or its partners, in addition to terms highlighted at https://rabbitloader.com/terms/.

You have 14 calendar days to request a refund for any transaction done by you as a new client. You are eligible for a refund of the payment received in case you choose not to continue with our service due to performance reasons or quality concerns. Your refund request is subject to eligibility of meeting the below criteria:

The refund policy is NOT applicable if you satisfy any of these conditions; hence, no refund request will be entertained-
Customers who have previously received a refund.
Requests sent later than 14 days since the date of transaction.
Transactions which are done for plan upgrades or downgrades from any plan to any plan, including upgrades from the free plan.
Websites on platforms where we offer free plans, such as WordPress. It is advised that you try our free/evaluation plan first and make a purchase once you are satisfied with the performance. Platforms where free/evaluation plans are not offered are eligible for the refund.
Customers on custom/customized plans, which are not available on our website but offered by our other channels, such as the sales and support team.
3. Partner Link Usage
When you join our partner program, you get a unique link that can be used within your own content to promote the referral sales. There are some common scenarios where the partner link can used or should not used:
Where the partner link can be used:
Your own blog, content platform, articles, etc.
Video content or tutorials published on platforms such as IGTV, YouTube, or similar video hosting platforms.
Email newsletters sent by you or your company.
Where the partner link can not be used on platform or content
having unauthorized or illegal materials.
running for the purpose of coupon or discount sharing.
having or promoting violence.
having sexually explicit or obscene materials.
for your own purchase.
any kind of ad program, including but not limited to Pay-Per-Click ads or running similar campaigns through platforms such as Facebook, Google, or any other network agencies.
Since our partner links rely on cookies to track your referrals. If a visitor's browser cookies get cleared before we tag them, we may not be able to track those referrals.
When a single customer clicks two different partner links, the first partner gets the credit. If the customer does not make a purchase within 30 days and thereafter clicks another partner link, the new link will get the credit.
4. Partner Commissions
It may take up to 48 hours to initiate the refund process. Once the refund is processed, it may take 5-7 business days to reflect the credit in your bank statement.
5. Payouts
A refund payment processing fee may apply if so charged by the payment gateway you choose at the time of the original transaction. Such processing fees shall be paid by the client.
6. Fair Usage
If we suspect fraud or use of the partner program against our mentioned policy here or not-mentioned business standards, we reserve the right to cancel your partner membership and nullify the pending payouts. Considering an example, if our system detects that signups are all from the same city or IP address raising concern over the program's fair usage, the partner account can be permanently blocked without entertaining any further requests.

The company reserves the right to change the partner terms at any time. If we decide to update the terms, we will post these changes on this page so that you always have the latest reference. Any such modifications become effective upon your continued access to and/or use of the service five (5) days after we first post the changes on the website or otherwise provide you with notice of such modifications. It is your sole responsibility to check this website from time to time to view any such changes to the terms. If you do not agree to any changes, if and when such changes may be made to this document, you must cease access to this website. If you have provided your email address to us, you give us permission to email you for the purpose of notification as described in our terms
