For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that these terms of service shall apply to all RabbitLoader Services, whether offered by YOGI NETWORK, its partners or affiliates.
For purposes of this Agreement, "Service" refers to the Company's service which can be accessed via our website at https://rabbitloader.com. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Company, YOGI NETWORK. "You" refers to you, as a user of Service.
1. Eligibility
By agreeing to these terms or services, you represent and warrant to us:
(i) that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
(ii) that you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Services and
(iii) that your use of the services is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. No Warranties and Disclaimers
The services are made available to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with the express understanding that the RabbitLoader entities have no obligation to monitor, control, or vet the content or data appearing on the services. As such, your use of the services is at your own discretion and risk. The RabbitLoader entities make no claims or promises about the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the service and expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
3. Your Content
RabbitLoader may process, modify, and host the content of your website in order to provide you with website performance optimizations. By using our service you are granting RabbitLoader a right to host, optimize, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content to your own audience, in whole or in part, in any media formats (now known or hereafter developed) that RabbitLoader requires in order to perform its optimization service. You retain ownership of your own content; however, any use of your content by RabbitLoader for the goals of providing our optimization service may be without any compensation paid to you. By using our service, you represent and warrant that your content does not: (i) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) slander, defame, or libel any third-party.; (iii) include or promote a private blog network, adult content, counterfeit goods, gambling, or other restricted business. Websites with such content may be removed without notice and may be denied access to the service.
4. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted hereunder, you and RabbitLoader agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Kolkata, West Bengal, India, for the purpose of litigating all such disputes.
5. Termination
This agreement will be governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted hereunder, you and RabbitLoader agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Kolkata, West Bengal, India, for the purpose of litigating all such disputes.
5. Payouts
A refund payment processing fee may apply if so charged by the payment gateway you choose at the time of the original transaction. Such processing fees shall be paid by the client.
6. Fair Usage
If we suspect fraud or use of the partner program against our mentioned policy here or not-mentioned business standards, we reserve the right to cancel your partner membership and nullify the pending payouts. Considering an example, if our system detects that signups are all from the same city or IP address raising concern over the program's fair usage, the partner account can be permanently blocked without entertaining any further requests.

The company reserves the right to change the partner terms at any time. If we decide to update the terms, we will post these changes on this page so that you always have the latest reference. Any such modifications become effective upon your continued access to and/or use of the service five (5) days after we first post the changes on the website or otherwise provide you with notice of such modifications. It is your sole responsibility to check this website from time to time to view any such changes to the terms. If you do not agree to any changes, if and when such changes may be made to this document, you must cease access to this website.
